SetTangent class final

Sets the key at index's own tangents on clip clipIndex track trackIndex, leaving its time and value untouched — KeyTable .setTangent, wired into the undo stack. Either tangent left null keeps whatever that key already had, KeyTable.setTangent's own rule.
