hdrOutputFormats property
The formats this device can present an extended-range frame in, empty when it can only present standard range.
R9: empty on Impeller (whose Apple extended formats upstream
removed), WebGL2 and the software rasteriser; WebGPU answers
rgba16float on a display that reports a high dynamic range. A frame
rendered with OutputTransform.extendedSrgb is drawn in the first of
these.
