A format a ModelDocument can be written as.
An interface, and a small one: a name to be asked for by, a suffix, a sentence for a menu and the write itself. Everything a format needs beyond that — OBJ's material library, a GLB's geometry compression — belongs to the implementation, which is what lets one caller write any of them.
Extended outside this package, and stays so through 1.x. A base class
rather than an interface (decision 5 of tasks/1.0-api-review.md): a
member added in a minor arrives with a default body, so a writer written
against 1.0 keeps compiling. Write extends, on a final or base
class.
