CliOptionSet class final
The options one subcommand reads: flags alone, valued with the
argument after them (or --name=value).
The parser's first look, the same for every command. Each command
answers an option that is not here with CliExit.usage before it reads
anything else, so --knd=viewer is refused rather than dropped, and a
test holds each set to the flags its usage text names, both ways.
