calloutPropsPerDataPoint property
Overrides for the hover popover of one bar — calloutPropsPerDataPoint
(HorizontalBarChart.tsx:479-481).
ChartPopover.tsx:41 spreads the result over the chart's own props, so
every non-null field of the returned data wins, except that the point's
xAxisCalloutData and yAxisCalloutData still take the legend and value
lines (:43-44). A FluentChartPopoverData.customContentBuilder replaces
the body, which is what onRenderCalloutPerHorizontalBar does upstream
(:54). Returning null keeps the default popover for that bar.
