FluentColorAreaBaseState class
Everything needed to paint a colour area, independent of the design axis.
buildFluentColorArea takes this rather than FluentColorAreaState, which is what makes "Fluent's state, my own styling, Fluent's rendering" a supported path rather than a fork.
