The symbol argument is used to symbol of NumberFormat.
Put '$' for symbol
The locale argument is used to locale of NumberFormat.
Put 'en' or 'es' for locale
The decimalDigits argument is used to decimalDigits of NumberFormat.
Defaults decimalDigits is 2.
