serveSessionLimitCloseCode top-level constant
int
const serveSessionLimitCloseCode
WebSocket close code fleury serve turns a browser away with when the
admission cap (--max-sessions) is already full.
The rejection happens AFTER the upgrade, not as a pre-upgrade 503: a pre-upgrade rejection closes the socket before it ever opens, script cannot read the HTTP status, and the client can only report "connection failed" — which the serve page renders as a blank grid. Closing an opened socket delivers a code AND a human reason the page shows verbatim.
The private-use range (4000-4999) rather than RFC 6455's 1013 "Try Again
Later": dart:io refuses to send 1012-1014 (_isReservedStatusCode), and
a private code per deliberate rejection keeps them distinguishable.
