int const maxRemoteSemanticNodeIdBytes

Maximum UTF-8 byte length of a semantic node id on the remote wire.

A semantic action result echoes the request id in a 64 KiB control frame. Keeping the id below 60 KiB leaves deterministic room for the varint prefixes, action name, and longest invocation-status name, so every valid request can receive a valid result.
