reset method
void
reset()
Forgets the peer's state so the next encode re-sends a full frame.
The retained mirror is a belief about what ONE peer holds, so every
connect must start from nothing: RemoteTerminalDriver.enter calls this
(free on a fresh encoder), and the oversize / send-failure paths call it
because the encoder advanced past a frame that never reached the peer.
Skipping it leaves the next send a PATCH against a base the receiver
does not have — or, when the tree is unchanged, no send at all.
Implementation
void reset() {
_sent = const {};
_sentNodeByteLengths = const {};
_sentNodeBytes = 0;
_sentRootId = null;
_sentFull = false;
_lastFlattenedNodes = 0;
}
