recoverable property

bool recoverable
final

Whether the decoder can keep parsing the byte stream after this error.

True (the default) for a single malformed frame whose 4-byte length header was valid: FrameDecoder.drain consumed exactly that frame and the stream stays framed, so a peer can repair from its mirror and carry on. False only when stream framing itself was lost — an oversized length prefix forces the buffer to be cleared with no known next-frame boundary, so every subsequent feed mis-parses and the session can never re-synchronize. A peer that sees an unrecoverable error must reconnect rather than resync (see fleury_web's WireFrameSource).
