AbsorbPointer class

A complete pointer boundary: the cells this widget covers consume every pointer interaction — taps, secondary taps, drags, wheel scroll, hover — and block the dispatcher's click-to-focus, so nothing painted underneath can be invisibly activated, scrolled, hovered, or focused.

This is the input counterpart of painting an opaque overlay: an overlay that covers cells visually must also cover them for input, or clicks fall through to hidden widgets. The debug shell's floating panel uses this boundary. Its descendant controls remain interactive: hit testing visits them before the boundary and stops here before reaching content behind it.
