FleuryTestFailure class final

A package-neutral assertion failure raised by FleuryTester.

The fleury_test companion supplies a failure handler that throws package:test's TestFailure instead. This fallback keeps the low-level harness useful in benchmarks and tools without pulling test libraries into every Fleury application.
