FrameCallback typedef

FrameCallback = void Function(Duration timeStamp)

Signature for one-shot callbacks registered via TickerScheduler.addPostFrameCallback (and the corresponding TuiBinding.addPostFrameCallback). Receives the clock reading at the moment the frame was drained. Named for Flutter parity with SchedulerBinding.addPostFrameCallback.
