int get reassembleCallbackCount

Number of currently registered reassemble callbacks.

The companion leak invariant to activeTickerCount: a settled animation holds no TICK callback, so activeTickerCount alone reads zero for an object that is still retained here for the life of the scheduler. Registration is identity-based, which makes an uncached method tear-off silently unremovable — exactly the leak this counter exists to catch.
