IRouteSource class abstract interface

Contrato de uma fonte de rotas. Cada fonte sabe produzir a lista de RouteMeta que representa — estáticas ou expandidas de dados dinâmicos.

Resolução é assíncrona porque rotas dinâmicas podem consultar banco/API.
