SiteLayout class

Moldura padrão de um site: header + estilo base + conteúdo + rodapé + botão de WhatsApp. Genérica — recebe marca, menus e rodapé por parâmetro, para o app de exemplo (ou qualquer dev) montar com o próprio conteúdo.
