PhpApiGenerator class

Gera o backend em PHP (PDO + MySQL) a partir da MESMA definição declarativa usada no alvo Dart. Emite um _flenx.php (base: .env, PDO, envelope, paginação, CORS) e um arquivo por endpoint. O usuário não escreve PHP.
