WrapSelectDelegate class

A wrap select for flat (parentless) data.

The top-level entries render directly as a wrapped chip group (the wrap view), and only one level is rendered — a child's own children are not expanded.

The top level may only hold plain (non-category) entries: a SelectCategoryEntry beside them is rejected.
