Creates a new channel in the specified site.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

parent - Required. The site in which to create this channel, in the format: sites/ SITE_ID Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/sites/\[^/\]+$.

channelId - Required. Immutable. A unique ID within the site that identifies the channel.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a Channel.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
