Updates the SafetyNetConfig for the specified app.
While this configuration is incomplete or invalid, the app will be unable to exchange SafetyNet tokens for App Check tokens.

SafetyNetConfig Gets to update. Example: token_ttl
.

- Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial
response.
Completes with a GoogleFirebaseAppcheckV1betaSafetyNetConfig.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.
If the used http.Client
completes with an error when making a REST call,
this method will complete with the same error.
