TimeFieldWidget class
time. Flutter's own showTimePicker, so no dependency — but it offers
neither bounds nor seconds, so both are handled here:
- Bounds clamp the pick. The dial cannot be restricted, so a time
outside
[minDate, maxDate]is pulled to the nearest bound the moment it is chosen, and the field shows the clamped value immediately. The alternative is storing a value the server refuses, and bounds are published as hints, not as validation rules — nothing else would catch it. - Seconds decide the wire format, not the picker:
showTimePickercannot pick seconds at all, so aseconds: truefield reportsHH:mm:ss. That matches TimePicker's ownH:i:sformat, which is what the server parses. Stored seconds are kept when the user leaves the hour and minute alone — opening the picker and pressing OK must not quietly rewrite14:05:30to14:05:00.
The reported value is HH:mm (or HH:mm:ss) — never
DateTime.toIso8601String(), which would invent a date the panel never
chose.
