extension_type_json library
Support extension type based handling of JSON values whose
representation is the same as the one used by jsonDecode of
'dart:convert' (that is, the value has type Null, bool, int,
double, String, List<dynamic>, or Map<String, dynamic>,
and the contents of the collection types are again subject to the
same constraints, recursively.
The extension type Json has methods to validate such encodings. It
has other methods to discriminate the different cases (in order to do
one thing when the value is a bool and a different thing when it is
a List, and so on), similarly to a switch expression. Finally, it
has methods to obtaind the value with the proper static type (e.g.,
myJson.asBoolOrNull is the given bool value when it is a bool,
and null otherwise).
