ItemCreate class

The body createItem takes.

type and name are the minimum that works. type takes "STANDARD", "BUNDLE", "FAMILY" or "VARIATION_BASED".

The family flags are written is_parent/is_child and read back as parent/child.

group rejects an unknown value with 400 internal_error "Invalid group".
