SecureElementPass class

A secure-element pass already present in the user's wallet.

Only passes the calling application is entitled to see are returned. On a build without the Apple Wallet Access Key entitlement the list is empty, which is indistinguishable from the user having no passes at all — see WalletDiagnosis.
