Whether the synthetic-gesture FALLBACK (flags.nativeBridge) may run — the tap ladder's synthetic-pointer rung. Polarity is the usual one: unknown ⇒ ON, only an explicit false disables it.

The wire key's meaning is the native one, not React Native's (Android ActionGates.isSyntheticDispatchEnabled): the primary path here is the semantics action, so "off" removes the exotic last-resort rung, never the feature itself.
