BtcClientImpl class

Bitcoin support: balance, unspent outputs, fee estimates and broadcast against an esplora-compatible API. Sending is assembled per platform (PSBT) and broadcast through this domain. Instances share the root client's state. NOTE: not yet thread-safe.
