DraftModeUISection class

Groups related form rows into a platform-adaptive container.

The public API stays stable while rendering is delegated to platform-owned builders. On iOS this preserves the existing grouped-list presentation; on Android it uses a framework-owned Material surface that better matches the surrounding adaptive page and row patterns.
