JobRegistryBuilder class
Writes lib/generated/jobs.g.dart: a jobRegistry with every
@Job() class of the app, and the code to save and load each one.
Give it to the app: QueueConfig(jobs: jobRegistry).
The parameters of the unnamed constructor are saved. Each one needs a field or getter of the same name, and a JSON type. The build stops with a clear message when one does not fit.
