dmx's own Mustache engine, offered to the macro dartmacros.render.
A custom macro computes a model no template could work out for itself, then
hands that model to a template rather than to a StringBuffer. The driver
renders it with the engine, the standalone-tag handling, and the whitespace
normalizer the built-in catalogue goes through, so a project's own macro
and a built-in lay their output out by exactly the same rules — and the
template stays a file someone can edit without touching Dart.
