DebugSettingsDeepLinkObserver class

Internal WidgetsBindingObserver that consumes the SDK's own debug-settings deeplink (…/_digia/debug-settings) so a warm-app link — e.g. digia-engage://_digia/debug-settings relayed by the Android trampoline Activity — opens the screen with zero host-side Dart code.

Registered by DigiaInstance.initialize, which is documented to run before runApp. WidgetsBinding dispatches didPushRouteInformation to observers in registration order and stops at the first one that returns true, so this observer wins over the one WidgetsApp adds when it builds. A host that wired its own handler per earlier integration docs keeps working — its handler simply never fires for this link anymore, which is harmless.

The route may arrive as a bare path (/_digia/debug-settings) or as a full URI depending on what the platform embedding forwards; Digia.isDebugSettingsDeepLink suffix-matches both.

A matching link is consumed (returns true) even when the build is not debug-eligible or nothing can present yet: swallowing our own link is strictly better than letting it fall through to MaterialApp, whose route handling would throw an unknown-route error in the host app.

Whether debug tools may be presented — isDigiaDebugBuild in production wiring.
