DigiaInlineCanvas class
Renders an authored Canvas inside a DigiaSlot.
Deliberately does NOT use CampaignCanvasView. That widget fits the canvas
against the screen — screen height − safe area − 48, with a 120 floor —
which is correct for an overlay and wrong here twice over: an inline card
lives inside a scrolling list where the available height is unbounded, so
fitting to the viewport would hand back a screen-sized slice and shove the
host's own content off the page.
The sizing rule instead comes entirely from width:
inner = slotWidth − margin.horizontal
scale = inner / designWidth
height = canvas.height × scale
A card spans its design frame, so a horizontal margin cannot make the canvas narrower — it narrows the room the card has, and the whole surface scales down uniformly to fit, type included. That makes side margin read as "make this card smaller" rather than "inset it", which is why the authored default is zero and a new card fills its slot.
One uniform factor, so children never reflow and text never re-wraps between devices — the card is the same shape everywhere, just larger or smaller. There is no upscale cap: a slot's width is chosen by the developer who placed it, so filling it is the intent (unlike a device viewport, which can be far wider than the design reference and would make a dialog absurd).
