diana_observability

Observability for the Diana framework: in-package Prometheus metrics, OpenTelemetry tracing and Kubernetes-style liveness/readiness probes. Register one DianaObservability subclass and the generator wires instrumentation into the server, scheduler, event bus and database — no per-route code.
