ExceptionHandler class

Handles exceptions of type exception (and its subtypes) thrown by any route.

Valid signatures: DianaResponse on(MyException e) or DianaResponse on(MyException e, DianaRequest req), optionally async. When several handlers match, the most specific exception type wins.
