Set<String> pluralSelectors(String message)

Variable names that select a plural or selectordinal expression anywhere in message, at any nesting depth.

This answers "is this count already pluralized?", which is the question plural_shape asks of every count-like placeholder it finds. A name that appears both as a selector and as a bare {n} inside a branch (the usual other{{n} items} shape) counts as pluralized.

select is deliberately excluded: it branches on a category such as gender, so it says nothing about whether a number was handled.
