DevRevTransitionTrackingObserver class

A NavigatorObserver that tracks route transitions and updates the DevRev SDK transitioning state accordingly.

This observer should be added to GoRouter's observers list when using DevRevMonitoredApp.router with GoRouter to ensure proper transition tracking.
