LiveKitProvider class

内置的 LiveKit 适配（《2.功能概述文档》第 3 节）：直接依赖 pub.dev 上的 livekit_client。 LiveKit 的身份是用户名，按通话快照换成 media_uid。

连接媒体服务。media 为 audio 或 video（音频通话的凭据只允许发布麦克风）； identityToUid 把厂商的身份换成 media_uid（LiveKit 的身份是用户名，按通话快照对应）。
