DefaultDatabaseOpener class

默认的数据库打开方式：drift 的 NativeDatabase 在独立的 isolate 中执行 SQL（《1.本地存储》第 4 节）。 WAL 模式、synchronous = NORMAL；key 不为 null 时先执行 PRAGMA key（SQLCipher，第 7 节）。
