insertAt function

MoveCallBuilder insertAt({

Insert the canonical spot batch into exact minute-boundary history without changing latest. A valid batch whose spot update source timestamp is not a minute boundary, or whose spot is zero or wider than u64, is ignored without aborting. The first admissible observation at a boundary owns the key and cannot be replaced.
