DataHandlerInterceptor class abstract

Interceptor interface for cross-cutting concerns across all DataHandler instances.

Implement this to inject app-wide behavior such as:

• Analytics / performance tracking
• Automatic authentication handling (e.g. redirect on 401 Unauthorized)
• Centralized debug logging and diagnostics
