DVHomeWidget class
Annotation for supported home-screen and lock-screen widgets.
"Home widgets act like DVPage and support the same shell properties," so
these are DVPage's, with the same names and the same defaults: the page
Dartvel generates at /widgets/<id> is a page, and a property that means
one thing on a page and another here would be worse than not having it.
title is the one that also leaves the application. A launcher's widget
picker and WidgetKit's gallery both ask for a name, and without a title
they are given the identifier -- step-counter, a route segment, sitting
among the names of somebody's applications.
