DVBillingCustomer class abstract
A domain object that says which billing customer it is.
Implement it on the user, account or tenant that pays, returning the id
the provider knows -- a Stripe cus_..., a Paddle ctm_..., or whatever
the application stores against the row. Two objects loaded from the same
record then answer as the same customer, which is what a grant needs and
what object identity does not give.
