DVPaymentGateway class abstract

A payment gateway: Stripe PaymentIntents, Adyen, a card terminal.

Both calls carry an idempotency key, and an implementation passes it to the gateway, which answers a repeated key with its first answer. That is what makes a retried charge a single capture and a retried refund a single credit.
