DVRangeQueryBreachedPasswords class

A k-anonymity range query: the first five characters of the password's SHA-1 go to the service, which answers every suffix it holds under that prefix. The password and its full hash never leave the process.

fetchRange fetches the range for a prefix; overHttp builds one over DV.Http. No service is built in.
