DartvelTabsLayout class abstract

A _layout.dart that makes its folder tabs: a stack per tab, each keeping its pages and their state while another tab is shown.

The tabs are named, in order, by a static list of the pages that open each one, which the build reads:

Every page in the folder belongs to the tab whose path it extends, and is pushed over the page whose path it extends in turn: /feed/:post over /feed, inside the feed tab.
