dvPageChunks function
page cut where a streamed response should flush: the head as the first
piece, the rest after it.
One page, one rule, because both servers stream and each had its own idea
of where the cut goes. A document with no </head> -- a shell somebody
hand-wrote, or one a plugin rewrote -- is a single piece rather than an
error, since a page that arrives whole is worth more than a correct
complaint.
Implementation
List<String> dvPageChunks(String page) {
const String close = '</head>';
final int end = page.indexOf(close);
if (end < 0) return <String>[page];
return <String>[
page.substring(0, end + close.length),
page.substring(end + close.length),
];
}
