Duration const dvLinkPreviewDelay

How long a pointer rests before the preview appears.

Resting on a link is a deliberate act: it says "show me this without taking me there". Half a second was about the time a reader takes to click, so the preview -- a whole page built in one frame -- was landing in the frame the click needed, and the click felt slow.
