perSourcePerHour property

int perSourcePerHour
final

Reports stored per client source per hour; past it they are refused with 429.

The per-install limit keys on an id the client writes, so a client that writes a new one per report is never limited by it. The source is the address the backend resolved -- an IPv4 address or an IPv6 client's /64 -- which the client does not choose. It defaults to installsPerSource installs at their full budget, because an office, a campus or a carrier-grade NAT is many installs behind one address, and a refusal is 429 rather than 202 so what they send past it is kept on the device and sent again, not lost.
