DVJob.handler constructor

const DVJob.handler()

Marks the function that runs a job: @DVJob.handler().

The function takes the generated payload type as its only parameter. Job metadata is grouped under the job annotation rather than a standalone name, which also leaves the DVJobHandler typedef — the runtime handler function type — free to keep meaning what it means.
