Reserves gigabytes or megabytes (not both) in segments of segment, which must be a power of two.

With no size, reserves one segment. profile chooses the default segment size and defaults to target's; target defaults to the one this process is on. touchPages commits physical pages up front; it defaults on for desktop targets, is refused on mobile and embedded ones (recorded as DV-MEMORY-004) and does nothing on web.
